Representation of species level classification comparing archaeal distribution among samples collected from 3 different parts of the Doğanbey hot spring and amplified with two different 16S rDNA primers (universal and custom-built) using Kraken tool as indicated in the (Supplementary Information) including the Python codes and BLAST data. Samples were collected from upstream (A,B), midstream (C,D) and downstream (E,F) regions, and analyzed using universal (A,C,E) and archaea (B,D,F) primers.
