A) HRSV F protein expression after early treatments with Compound 1. A549 cell monolayers were infected with HRSV A2 and L19 (moi = 0.1) and incubated in the absence and presence of 40 μM of Compound 1, during 8 h, immediately after infection. The compound was removed, cells were washed, and they were further incubated for 24 h. Cells were processed for an IIF to detect HRSV F protein, as described in Materials and Methods.
