Puerarin activates the Nrf2 signaling pathway by inhibiting Keap1. Mice were given different doses of Pue (200, 400 and 800 mg kg−1) for 10 days, and then 300 mg kg−1 APAP was intraperitoneally injected to establish the model of acute liver injury. (a) The protein expression levels of Keap1, Nrf2, GCLC, GCLM, HO‐1 and NQO1 in mouse liver were analyzed by Western blot. (b) Total RNA was extracted from mouse liver, and Quantitative real‐time PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression levels of KEAP1, Nrf2, GCLC, GCLM, HO‐1 and NQO1.
