Survival analysis using the GEPIA2 platform to identify a list of the most significant survival-associated genes regulated by both IGF2BP1 and Wnt signaling in a COAD cancer dataset. (A) RNA expression profiles of 5 genes obtained by matching the 177 Wnt target genes (Figure 1F) regulated by IGF2BP1 with a list of the most significant survival-associated genes in the COAD cancer dataset. (B) Spearman correlation analysis was conducted between IGF2BP1 and the 5-gene signature expressed in the COAD dataset using the GEPIA2 platform. (C) Kaplan-Meier curve plotted to analyze the disease-free survival of COAD patients expressing the 5-gene signature in conjunction with IGF2BP1 using the median group cutoff (analysis performed using GEPIA2).
