    The NLRP1 inflammasome critically regulates hematopoiesis following its activation by ZAKα/P38 signaling pathways, which is initiated by ribosomal stress. Inhibition of this pathway with nilotinib rescues erythropoiesis defects in HSPCs from DBA and neutrophilic inflammation patients.
