Effect of rebamipide on MKN-45 cells. MKN-45 cells were treated with 25 to 100 μg of rebamipide per ml (•) or BSA (○) for 90 min. The amount of adherent H. pylori is expressed as the percentage of the amount of H. pylori adhering to untreated target cells. Each value represents the mean ± SD for 10 strains tested in this study.
