ETI treatment status as well as the time (days) on treatment since started until the last sample collection, body mass index (BMI), gender, highest predicted lung function (ppFEV1 and FVC), and pathogen cultures within sputum are presented. Pathogen results are abbreviated as follows: Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Pa), Staphylococcus aureus (Sa), Burkholderia cepacia (Bc), Achromobacter sp. (Ac), Stenotrophomonas sp. (Steno) and Streptococcus sp. (Strep).
