Figure 6

Elastic and viscoelastic parameters of BT-20 and ZR-75 cells. EHertz (a,d) is Young’s modulus isolated from the force–distance curves of FV data based on Hertz’s theory. The viscoelastic parameters (the instantaneous elastic modulus, E0 (b,e), and the power law exponent, α (c,f)) were extracted from force–distance curves of FV data based on the PLR theory. The parameters were measured at the indentation depth of 350 nm (376(333;393) nm for BT-20 cells and 356(331;377) nm for ZR-75 cells) and 950 nm (949(925;975) nm for BT-20 cells and 944(923;973) nm for ZR-75 cells). Data are presented as Me(LQ; UQ). * p < 0.05, *** p < 0.001, **** p < 0.0001, ***** p < 0.00001, Mann–Whitney U test.
