SUN11602 reduced mast cell infiltration in spinal cord tissue. The SCI caused the recruitment of mast cells in the damage site (B,F) than in the control group (A,F). Only at a dose of 5 mg/kg was SUN11602 capable of reducing the number of mast cells (E,F), in comparison with SUN11602 at 1 mg/kg (C,F) or 2.5 mg/kg (D,F) doses, which were ineffective.
