RPA inhibitor HAMNO slows down progression through the cell cycle. (A) Schematic representation of EdU labeling. Exponentially growing A549 cells were pulse-labeled with 10 µM EdU 30 min before exposure to IR in the presence or not of HAMNO. After irradiation, EdU-containing medium was exchanged with fresh prewarmed medium supplemented or not with HAMNO.
