Treatment with the hexokinase inhibitor 2-DG attenuated the proliferation and migration of Hep2 cells induced by intermittent hypoxia-exposed M2-type macrophage supernatant. Hep2 cells were cultured in intermittent hypoxia-exposed M2-type macrophage supernatant and treated with 2-DG or solvent control, and the following assays were performed. (A) Colony formation assay.
