(A) The expression of PsSTS was followed with RT-PCR at 6, 24 and 48 h after the onset of UV-C treatment. The expression of PsSTS was evident at all the analyzed time points but not at the untreated control samples. The expected size of the PsSTS fragment is 853 bp.
