Proportion of patients with a BSFS score of ≤ 4 through week 28. Data were from NCT02682381. The proportion of patients with BSFS ≤ 4 was calculated within every 4-week window. Within each window, patients with at least 1 visit were counted once in the denominator and those with at least 1 BSFS score of ≤ 4 were counted once in the numerator in order to calculate the proportion of patients with a BSFS score of ≤ 4. BSFS = Bristol Stool Form Scale; EoS = end of study; EoT = end of treatment.
