The columns provide the following: the dephasing rate α, resident time τ, diffusion coefficient D, activation energy E _a , and the Arrhenius prefactor α ₀. Values for GrIr(111) are provided as approximate upper limits. Standard deviation is found through error propagation. Values for GrNi(111) are taken from the study by Tamtögl et al. (2021).
