The required volume of the mix is 100 μL per tube. For one sample you would have to make the redox markers staining times 2 (fully stained untreated sample, fully stained treated sample). Here we prepared 1 mL of Mix, enough for 9 tubes with 10% of extra volume.

Vortex well and prepare fresh before using.
