Recognizing the Groups Participating in Standards	•explicitly recognize the geographic areas/income levels in internal and external documents that were considered and/or the expertise of the working group who created a standard
Mentorship within Driver Project and Work Streams	mentorship provision by longtime contributors to the GA4GH community to support: •newcomers to the community as they are onboarded •individuals who could become candidates for leadership roles, e.g., Work Stream Lead
