Antiviral assays were carried out as described in SI Appendix, Tables S4 and S5. EC50: 50% effective concentration. EC90: 90% effective concentration. EC50 and EC90 values represent mean values from a single experiment with biological triplicates (SI Appendix, Fig. S2).
