Viability and efficacy of RBV in PUUV-infected Vero E6 cells. Shown is viability relative to the solvent control, which is set at 100 %. Infection of cells pretreated with RBV for 1 h and infected at an MOI of 0.05 was analyzed by ICW. Inhibition of infection was calculated relative to control cells incubated with solvent control that were set at 100 %. Data of three independent experiments were presented as mean ± SD.
