Consecutive oxidations are catalyzed by P450s in thiomuracins (17) and GE37468 (19), while P450s catalyze monohydroxylations in GE2270s (816), berninamycins (2229), and geninthiocins (3033). The functions of P450s in sulfomycin (3436) and litoralimycin (37, 38) biosyntheses remain elusive. The timings of all the P450s are still mysterious.
