A. Two different sets of sgRNAs targeting RAP2A, RAP2B, and RAP2C genes, as previously described in Ref 11, were used to delete these 3 genes in MAP4K4/6/7 tKO cells. Two clones were expanded for further analysis. B-D. WT, MAP4K4/6/7 tKO, and RAP2A/B/C-MAP4K4/6/7 6KO cells were treated with LatB (B), serum starvation (C), and 2-DG (D) for 30 minutes. E.
