Increases in genomic homozygosity were computed for four different genomic parameters: FROH, FHRR, FLH and FYAN. Genomic-based estimates of Ne were computed from raw homozygosity values as well as from unbiased estimates obtained via jackknifing over autosomes. Estimates were computed for the five yearly and genealogical cohorts defined. Mean equivalent discrete generations (t; standard deviation in brackets) are also given
