Advanced colorectal polyps are defined using the British Society of Gastroenterology post‐polypectomy surveillance guidelines. 16 This includes adenomas > 10 mm, adenomas with high‐grade dysplasia, serrated polyp > 10 mm, and serrated polyp with dysplasia.
