Data are mean ± S.D. from 6 tibias of wild-type control, Pkd1Oc-cKO, Wwtr1Oc-cKO, and Pkd1/Wwtr1Oc-cKO mice and expressed as the fold changes relative to the housekeeping gene β-actin subsequently normalized to control mice. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ***P < 0.001 compared with wild-type mice, #P < 0.05, ##P < 0.01, ###P < 0.001 compared with Wwtr1Oc-cKO mice, and &P < 0.05, &&P < 0.01, &&&P < 0.001 compared with Pkd1Oc-cKO mice, respectively. P values were determined by 1-way ANOVA with Tukey’s multiple-comparisons test
