Since patients with AD had lower BMI than patients with PsO, we have further divided them according to BMI and type of skin disease (PsO vs. AD) and found higher CAT activity in normal weight patients (BMI < 25 kg/m²) with AD as compared with normal weight patients with PsO. There was no difference in oxidative stress biomarkers in subgroups with BMI ≥ 25 kg/m² (data not presented).
