Mean data ± standard deviation (∆σ) of immunopositivity of: GC (ganglion cell); IPL (inner plexiform layer); INL (inner nuclear layer); OPL (outer plexiform layer); ONL (outer nuclear layer); RPE (retinal pigment epithelium) detected by Calretinin N-18, Parvalbumin, S100 protein, anti-Opsin, and anti-Chat in comparison to the total cells of a layer. The statistical analysis shows a different distribution pattern of the antibodies used in this study in cellular layer of N. guentheri retina.
