Note: This sample matrix provides frequently used criteria along with sample weights. An option that meets the criteria receives a +, while an option that does not meet the criteria receives a -. Options that neither fully meet, but do have some elements of a criteria may recieve a +/-. All of the + and – are added up and then multiplied by the appropriate weights to receive a final weighted value, which is then used to compare across the policy options.
