(a) Human oligodendrocytes were treated with control (BSA) or palmitate (150 μM) for 48 h followed with/without insulin (20 nM) for 30 min and cell lysates were analysed by WB for pAkt and pERK. The same blots were stripped and re‐probed for total Akt and ERK, and tubulin.
