Local administration of MDSCs decreased mRNA expression of IFN-γ (A) and IL-17 (B) compared with that in the PBS group; however, the MDSCs group showed increased expression of IL-10 (C). Data were normalized using glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase as the internal control, and relative values were expressed as the fold change of the expression in the naïve retina.
