After treatments with sham, CURD or CUMR for 3 weeks, mice behaviours were tested. a–e Schematic diagram of three-chamber test and the representative trail of CURD-treated mice are shown in a and b. The representative hot points images of the mice in control, CURD and CUMR groups (c), the ratio of social circle duration (d) and chamber duration (e) recorded for 10 min. After intraperitoneal injection of pentobarbital at 50 mg/kg dose, the time of sleep latency (f) and sleep duration (g) were recorded.
