CeSCC3 is dynamically excluded from mitotic chromosomes. Images of single optical sections (0.5 μm thick) obtained using multiwave capture from nuclei in wild-type N2 embryos stained for CeSCC3 (green in merged panels) and DNA (red in merged panels) are shown separately and merged.
