Close-up views of this region are shown in (B) for IET2 from our proposed CALIPR MWI approach, in (C) for FLAIR, and in (D) for IET2 from a commonly used GRASE MWI approach. All images and maps were aligned in the subject’s T1-weighted image space to ensure that the exact same region could be compared.
