CD8+ T cells from Ebi3-/- mice have altered expression of genes involved in activation and functionality. (A) Foxp3YFP/Cre and Foxp3YFP/Cre Ebi3-/- mice (N=3 per group) were euthanized at 8 weeks of age and CD3+ T cells were isolated from the spleno-cytes. T cells were activated for 72 hours, sorted into CD8+ T cells, CD4+ conventional T cells (Tconv), and regulatory T cells (Tregs) (YFP+) by flow cytometry (FC), and subjected to RNA sequencing (RNAseq).
