Effect of bimatoprost (Bim) and prostaglandin F2α ethanolamide (PGF2αEA) on differentiating 3T3-L1 cells. 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were induced to differentiate (Diff.) or not (Undiff.). In both cases, the cells were untreated or treated with either DMSO (0.1%), Bim (1 μM), or PGF2αEA (10 μM), for two days. The cell viability was then quantified with the MTT assay.
