The integration of a practice within a service setting and its subsystems; can be calculated in terms of the number of providers who deliver a given intervention, divided by the total number of providers trained in or expected to deliver the intervention, or by the number of eligible patients who receive the intervention divided by the total number of patients eligible for the intervention |
