A magnified visualization of the foveal region is reported in the right column. Choroidal HRF are not limited to regions with retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) atrophy, as they were visualizable also in regions with conserved RPE (orange asterisk). Hyper-reflective deposits are localized near Bruch's membrane (orange asterisk) and within the choroidal stroma (orange arrowhead).
