Slice size is proportional to the number of clonally related sequences, with the fraction of clonally expanded sequences summarized as percentage (black outline and associated numbers). Colored slices indicate shared clones between GC B and PC (same IGHV and IGLV genes, with highly similar complementarity-determining region 3 sequences [CDR3s]), gray slices indicate clones unique to the time point and white slices indicate sequences isolated only once per time point.
