Pan-virus serological profile (VirScan) was assessed in sera of 176 patients with aNSCLC. Virus reactivity was determined for at least reactivity against four viral proteins. Using this threshold, the seropositivity of patients was determined for all virus of the VirScan assay. (A) Negative (left) or positive (right) variation of T₈sen according to viral seropositivity.
