Beyond the MC sequences from Australian forested soil (24) and the Japanese FIE and PAD sequences (53), other environmental sequences are marked with (A) from Amazonian forested soil (6), (H) from American mountain lakes (19), (B) from Australian sludge (4), and (L) from German agricultural soil (29). The 31 (L) sequences were assigned to (L) clusters where possible. The bar in the lower right corner indicates the branch-length.
