Expression of interferon-stimulated genes in PBMCs is reduced under testosterone administration
(A) Relative interferon-stimulated gene (ISG) expression levels of PBMCs upon TLR7/8 stimulation (blue) and without stimulation (green). CL097 stimulation induced significant upregulation of ISG expression (TP0: p < 0.0001, TP3: p = 0.0027, two-way ANOVA followed by Šidák multiple comparison test, n = 5).
