UC-MSCs primed with IL-1β secreted higher levels of IL-10 and TGF-β in vitro. The levels of IL-1β (A), IL-6 (B), IL-10 (C), and TGF-β (D) in the cultured medium derived from UC-MSCs primed with IL-1β (Primed CM) for 0.5h, 2h and 6h were measured by ELISA kit.
