Imaging and pathological results of two representative patients diagnosed with primary lung adenocarcinoma and multiple cerebral infarctions. Both patients presented with stoke-related symptoms and brain MRI DWI revealed acute infarctions in multiple cerebrum (a, b, i, j). Lung mass was found by chest CT (c, d, k, l) and primary lung adenocarcinoma were confirmed pathologically (HE and immunohistochemistry) (e–h, m-p).
