Participants | 100 women, 19 to 45 years old Inclusion criteria: reproductive age; BMI < 28.5 kg/m2; regular menstruation; no pelvic organ disorder; wants contraception with oral contraceptive pills. Exclusion criteria: abnormal blood pressure; abnormal vaginal bleeding; pregnant; on medication effecting contraceptive pills, i.e., anti‐fungal, anti‐retroviral, anti‐convulsant drug; contraindication for OCP; used steroid in 3 months before enrollment; smoking; eating disorder. |
Interventions | 2 mg chlormadinone acetate and 30 µg ethinyl estradiol versus 3 mg drospirenone and 30 µg ethinyl estradiol Duration: 6 cycles |
