Chemical structures of [^99mTc]Tc-DT1 (DT1, N₄-Gly⁷-Arg-Arg-Pro-Tyr-Ile-Leu-OH; N₄, 6-(carboxy)-1,4,8,11-tetraazaundecane) mimics, carrying different pendant groups attached to the ε-amine of Lys⁷: [^99mTc]Tc-DT10 (green, MPBA = 4-(4-methylphenyl)butyric acid); [^99mTc]Tc-DT11 (violet, MPBA-PEG4, PEG4: 14-amino-3,6,9,12-tetraoxatetradecan-1-oic acid); and [^99mTc]Tc-DT12 (brown, mPEG6-CH₂-COOH: 2,5,8,11,14,17-hexaoxanonadecan-19-oic acid).
