(B) Mapping of CP190 domains interacting with Opbp, M1BP, and ZIPIC proteins in the Y2H assay. Variants of CP190 were fused to the GAL4 DNA-binding domain and tested for interaction with the C2H2 proteins fused to the GAL4 activating domain. The results are summarized in columns with “+” and “−” signs referring to the presence and absence of interaction, respectively.
