^aNaïve T lymphocytes were cultured in the presence of PHA and diluted (50%, vol/vol) with CM obtained from MDDC cultured for 48 h with the indicated stimuli. On day 5, rIL-2 was added. On day 12, T cells were washed and restimulated with PMA-ionomycin in the presence of brefeldin A for IFN-γ and IL-4 intracellular staining.
