Regulation of eis (Rv2416c) by mycobacterial stringent response. (A) M. tuberculosis strains H37Rv and H37Rv ΔrelMtb were grown from early log (lanes 1 and 2) to mid-log (lanes 3 to 6) and stationary (lanes 7 to 9) phase.
