Structures of HR substrates. Each HR substrate contains a recipient neo regulated by the SV40 promoter and inactivated by an I-SceI site insertion. Donors lack a promoter and contain either the wild-type BanII site or a silent BsaI mutation in place of BanII. Distances (in kb) between neo repeats are indicated. Each neo repeat is 1.4 kb.
