microRNA differential expressions by high sucrose treatment. (B) Small-RNA Northern blot analysis of miRNAs miR398, miR408, miR828, miR828-derived tasiRNA TAS4-3′D4(-), and 5S rRNA in sucrose-treated and untreated Col-0 and pap1-D seedling samples. Blot signals were normalized relative to SYBR Gold-stained gel band intensities and numbers calculated relative to untreated controls (set to unity) for fold-effects of sucrose induction.
