FSHR localization after FSHR ligand treatment demonstrates minimal changes in FSHR at the plasma membrane. Granulosa cells were treated with either rh-FSH or TOP5300 for 6 hours and average total intensity of FSHR at the plasma membrane was measured as in Figure 2.
