Distribution of λopt (A) across 100 replicated runs of MCglmnet (s=50) is shown, along with the distribution of the corresponding number of predictors in the signatures (B). Comparison of these distributions to Figure 1 reveals that the signatures derived via MCglmnet are considerably more stable than those derived via glmnet (MCglmnet with s=1).
